Report a translation problem
Everyone must have the same version(no personal edits), same load order, from the same place. Workshops mods that have the same version can't be used with the same mod from a 3rd party site.
Steam Workshop mods will be able to be downloaded though from the Convoy browser, I believe. I'm guessing these mods will need to be public. So anything listed as Friends only or private you would not have access to.
Myself personally when I run with friends is I will post what mods we are gonna run, in what load order into my Discord server. Usually it is only a handful of mods.
