The player's accumulated hours in-game be the indicator.
Whatever Level, XP and Money you have achieved at that particular hour, your ATS game is flagged as 'experienced driver' and as a reward you now start any new profile/game at that Lvl, XP and money. Everything else is as normal for a new game.
You have funds for truck upgrades and garage purchases.
The 'hours played' means you need to earn it, exactly like an achievement ie. stored at Steam. This hampers the folks from 'just choosing an option' at the kick-off.
If you uninstall the game, you'd keep the 'achievement' tho. Dunno how that would work tho.
Like a "zero-to-hero" thing, but not.
