Unfortunately not updated much since 2019, but still works. Some newer game features may be unavailable. https://github.com/mike-koch/ets2-telemetry-server
To run this after downloading, enter the server folder and run Ets2Telemetry.exe
A window will come up about installing a plugin to ATS/ETS2, opening a firewall port, and an ACL rule for local networks to access that port.
Once that's finished, the program will open, giving you two web pages you can use. One is the actual dashboard stuff, the other is the API showing what is exposed from the game should you want to create your own(or request someone to make it for you).
The game must be closed before running the server or it won't be able to hook to the game.
Do you know what program he's speaking about? It sounds like Sim Hope but I can't find it, finding some kind of manufacturer instead.
