It is he's opinion, there are no bad language, he dosen't attack a person.
I too want more content, both in ats and ets2, not just trucks and maps, but something new gameplay wise. And i am willing to pay for it.
Modders do a great job, but i want to play, not browsing forums for updates for my mods.
Just see what a small mod team can do, SCS should be able to beat that.
A few dlcs and updates every year won't cut it. Deliver better quality content and deliver faster please.
Rushed content will be forever bad but delayed content will eventually be good.

It is good to have mod support not just available but encouraged by the developer - this is not a position that many of the larger software houses would encourage and it isn't a position that any other competing truck game has used either.
The SCS games do have far more content than ANY of the competition trucking games - not just maps, but trucks, trailers paint skins, interior and exterior customisation options. Mods have also helped to add to the diversity and as SCS are only seeking licences for trucks in production, it has let modders create old models without risk of SCS then releasing the same model.
You cannot really expect a small game publisher and developer to have all of the advantages the the really big game companies have in the several thousand employees and expect a healthy modding community to support additional content as strongly while also working on such niche titles.
These threads always come immediately before a game update and release of additional map content - it is the anticipation that is at high levels, perhaps take some time to take in some other interests and get away from a computer screen for a few more hours every day. ;)
Personally I think SCS feels pressure from community and rushes map releases, like they did with Idaho and Utah, they're still fixing bugs from those two map releases and in 1.39 ob they're working on the on/off ramps in California from what I've seen based on the map.
SCS is always trying to improve the map, are they perfect?, no, but as far as I've seen neither is any map modding team out there, period.
At some point it will be like: 7/10 - too many trucks and too many roads.
It is not easy to be around hardcore fans.
So, negative opinions shouldn't be challenged?
It is certainly no secret why things are the way they are, and no amount of whining is going to change a thing. Mostly threads like this are just trolling
