I can not find a way to reset to default on the video, but the game play and audio and others have that. How do I set video back to when I started or how do I get rid of what I have now and start totally from beginning to where the video settings were set before I messed with them? Tried taking out game, and Steam but it kept my profile and settings. Any ideas? Step by step please. New to this.

Easiest way is to delete the config file (or config.cfg) which will get generated again with the next game start with default values.
But before you do please be aware: Deleting the config will also remove any changes you made in it, e.g. activating the dev cam and console or deactivating Asus Aura due to crashes caused by it. That means that you have to do these changes again. It is thus highly recommended to make a backup of that file in a different folder.

You can find the config file (or config.cfg) in your documents in the ATS folder as a default install on Windows.

Though I am not sure why you want to do this.

It worked. My screen is not jittery or lurching frame by frame anymore when I drive now. Thank you for the assist. I hope if there is another issue, you will be able to assist again. Awesome job. Thanks gain.
