I used to be able to switch profiles easily by going to System/Launch Pad. That option has gone away from the System choices in the menu. How do I get to my other profiles???

Click your current profile in the top right of the loading screen

It is now System > Title Screen to get to where you can change profiles as Qrazy describers.

Removal of Launch Pad is Inefficient

I have six different profiles that I sequentially go through.
I used to be able to cycle through the different profiles without exiting the game using the Launch Pad.
Now, I have to exit the game and restart to get the screen to change the profile from the one I was playing to the next one I wish to play.
I don't understand why the Launch Pad was taken out of the System menu choices.
I would like it back if that is possible.

Nothing has changed in that regard to switching profiles on the Launchpad.

ETA: You switch profiles by clicking the profile on the upper right. Profile list will then be on the left side. Click the profile you want and then click on "Use selected profile."

To go to Launchpad from within a profile you click on System >> Title Screen.

It is still there. Just called differently now.

Wont look into the game now and im not quite sure about it, but was there not some menu entry when ingame to switch directly to the profile screen/a way to load a different profile from there?

That is probably what is meant, and not the title screen of the game.

Thanks for the information. I wouldn't have guessed that the system/title screen option was how to change profiles within the game. Once I hovered my mouse over the title screen I could see that was for changing profiles.
