Easiest way: Collect more than half of the 64bit integer limit and at that point the money should roll over into the negative with you now being half of the 64bit integer limit in debt.

if you buy a garage then upgrade at full price, then install a mod from workshop called EXP and economy, then sell said garage for 28000 instead of 280,000.....

the mod you want is by halfwing and called EXP and economy and is available from workshop in both formats ats and ets2
