Coast to Coast not working

So I downloaded the Coast to Coast mod off of SCS Software and when it finishes it says it does not have an app accociated and go to desktop settings or something like that. Also I moved it to the mod to the mod folder in the American truck simulator folder and it still does not show in mod manager.

Which version did you download? There are 5 different versions.

I downloaded the version for the people without Oregon,Washington,Utah,New Mexico because I did not have those states.

So Version 2.3.36 if I remember.

That mod is downloaded as a .rar. You will need to use a utility like 7-zip to unpack that. It is free to use and download.

Once unpacked you should see the .scs file to throw into your mod folder.

Do you know how big the utility is? Like as in storage size? Also do I just google 7-zip?

version 19.00.

X64 .exe version as you are probably running windows 10.

Alright I got it downloaded. So you said it should show up in my mod folder?

No.

Install 7-zip. Then right click the Coast to Coast.rar file. You will see an option to 7-zip. Extract to Coast to Coast folder.

Inside the Coast to Coast folder, cut and paste the .scs file to your mod folder. Then launch game and you should see Coast to Coast to be activated.
