And seriously, just check the history of OP's post. It's just a collection of over-interpretations and steam points farming.
(OP's even blocked on my list, but I just guessed right who s/he was just by the first replies)
... that's the important word.

Some people just read what they want to read and halfway of reading they have made up their mind. Constant complaining about updates but also constant demanding this and that.
Relax! It's a game.
If you don't like it the way it is or you think the devs only want your money. Stop playing it. stop buying DLCs.
Move on, play something else. The selection here on Steam is big.
I thought it was just common sense that the driving academy in any game is more like the game's tutorial. A "This is how to play our game" kind of thing.
Nobody would play Farming Simulator and then think 'This is easy, I could run my own farm!' You need proper instruction from a qualified instructor before getting into that big shiny Lamborghini Tractor!
Pretty much. It's a waste of resources for sure.
But just because I don't use it, it doesn't mean I'll cry my heart out because they added it.
The achievements from ATS, ETS1, and world of trucks(?) are what keeps me going between DLC's. I want to maintain my 100% in ATS and ETS1, and gain in world of trucks(?). I should not lose 100% achievements because of a program not directly part of ATS or ETS1 game play. World of Trucks(?) has separate achievements, why not Driving Academy?
I believe Drivers Academy is of the same category as World of Trucks(?) and have it's achievements separated from ETS1 and ATS.
I can see a speedrun being less than 1 hour. I got the first Academy achievement at 9:32pm, and got all 6 achievements by 10:57pm. That's 1 hour and 25 minutes for all Academy achievements. 2 hours tops. That's maybe less than 1% of the time for all achievements.
Maybe a skilled player who has good eyesight can. But with limited vision, I can't. I'd love to have your eyesight but I don't.
I been playing driving academy for almost a week now and I still haven't completed it. some of the modules I think took me 50 tries beffore I was able to complete it. Some achievements I probably will never complete because there's no way I can complete many of them on the first try. I also don't have a h-shifter and even if I did with the eyesight I have I don't see myself being able to be successful with it.
Personally I wish the achievements were seperate because I know I'm not going to be able to complete the driver academy achievements.
This had happened before: Cities: Skylines had an educational version used in schools, which is different from the game version.

Nope what it means is there were a few heads looking for a project cause they ran out of things to do at SCS. Rather than focus on main game stuff someone there came up with this lame driving academy to kill time. Again, what a waste of resources and time.
