"Driving Academy is not intended to replace in cab training."

The nowdays old game Richard Burns Rally had a "Rally school" and I dont think the devs for that game intended you to make you believe that you were a "real" rallydriver thanks to it.
That game, and this, is just a game, and I think especially new players will have a positive experience by the Driving Academy in ATS and ETS 2.
It gives some, and I say "some" indept into beeing a truckdriver (in the game).
For the real experience you of course do the real thing.
Because some gamers will complain about anything and everything.

Who ever said this will teach you how to drive a truck in real life? Did they say that?
Since it was announced I think most normal people understood that it would teach you how to drive and operate a truck in the virtual environment of the game.
Granted, I didn't need to respond but, I just find it ironic when people who have better eyesight than I do clearly misses those little things somehow.
As you stated didn't need to respond but i had to say something
I would guess he means the second paragraph of the pop up...
The one with an email for contacting scs......... it should not be so hard to understand his text to interpret it the other way.......
noun
/ˈsʌplɪm(ə)nt/
1.
a thing added to something else in order to complete or enhance it.
"the handout is a supplement to the official manual"
verb
/ˈsʌplɪmɛnt/
add an extra element or amount to.
"I looked for a part-time job to supplement my income"
That is the operative word.
I think we can assume SCS know what they are talking about with legal disclaimers in the game, as opposed to a randomer on a Steam forum.
