A bit older but the same error ...

Looks like you are mixing binary data with middle format data, mind the:
Code: Select all
ERROR - Can't read TOBJ, most probably it's in binary version: 'E:/ETS 2/1, Base & Def files/Base/material/metal/brushed_metal.tobj'
Your TOBJ should be in text (middle) format ;) Do not mix extracted files with the ones imported trough ConverterPIXWrapper.
"
I'm specifically talking about the error
"ERROR - Unexpected 'AttributeError' accured during import:"
Errors in .py file lines
The model is converted completely without textures and materials. There are none at all
But the Blender Tools section in the forum might be the right place to look for help.
https://forum.scssoft.com/viewforum.php?f=159
It requires Blender 3.6 to work correctly. Blender 3.3 running BT 2.4.1 can cause errors or bugs.
https://forum.scssoft.com/viewtopic.php?t=336561
2.4.1 for Blender version: 3.2.X - 3.6.X is not work.
2.4 for Blender version: 3.2 too
Blender Tools 2.4.1 (official)
Conversion Tools 2.18
if that's any help to you.
On import ignore the warning and manually select the .tga for the texture and make sure it creates a .tobj file.
On exporting to mod you don't have to add that texture and tobj to the mod because it will then just use the game one.
