Keeps crashing

Hello, I am trying to load into ATS, and I am able to fully get into the game, but for some reason when it comes to picking a spawn point, my game crashes and closes. Im not sure what is going on because I have updated the game, and verified the files and everything, so im not sure.

Using any mods. More than likely causing the problem. Not happening on my Vanilla profile.

Traffic mods in particular causing a lot of people issues. Realistic traffic density is particular.

This. If you have any mods installed, or have ever had mods installed for that given profile, and it starts crashing after an update, it's almost always going to be the mods. That's the deal you take when you install mods for games.

Start a clean profile and see if the game crashes in the same way. I'm willing to bet it doesn't.

So what PC and Display do you use?

Very likely a mod issue.

I disconnected all the mods and my game keeps crashing.
Also if I launch the game in safe mode

Because removing mods is NOT removing your modded parts from your save file. You have to sell all the modded parts before removing any mods.
Your game is now crashing due to missing mods.

Okay but it very hard to sell all mods parts when I can’t get the game to launch.

So my game is crashing because I got mods on my save game and I can’t disconnect the mods because my game will crash because I am missing mods.
So I am F.. no matter what I do and can’t play the game 🤨

You can downgrade to 1.52 and sell all your modded parts there after activating your mods again.

Oh, Ive got that one....my last auto save without that mod was July, crap Ima stop using mods!

Or can the mod creator update the mod?

Took me 2 attempts to get past the main menu to disable the mod...both games work now.

Had one crash 10 miles from destination, reloaded and it was fine...1st time ive seen crashes on this game since i got it over a year ago.
