You might be able to take a Quick Job (or whatever it's called when you're using the truck provided by the employer) that's in OK or TX, that'd let you unlock some cities there, and if you can unlock a garage and buy it while you're there, you can "fast travel" between the new one in Oklahoma (for example) and a garage you have in the rest of the map that you have unlocked, like in California. Might be wrong, but give it a try and see if that solves your issue! Happy trucking :)

Each DLC has one city unlocked when you buy it. You can teleport to that city and then take jobs in the state.

I guess the one thing you can't do is take a long trip job from OK or TX to CA, NV or AZ as you need New Mexico as connecting state and only stick taking jobs in OK to TX or vice versa and the same with AZ, CA and NV.

Buy garages in that DLC and you can fast travel to those garages through the Garage Manager. Not sure if you can do it with a load attached.

Can't fast travel while hauling a World of Trucks load.

No you can't. You will not be able to take loads out of the areas you own without having connecting states.

Base game and Texas for example. You can do loads in the base game and deliver in the base game area. There will be no loads generated to Texas from the base map.

It is vice versa with Texas. One city will be highlighted to start a quick job from. You can take loads only within Texas. No loads will be generated to base game map.
