can my intel core i5-3317u cpu @ 1.70 GHz play this game if you know plz let me know and also can my intel HD graphics 4000, can i use this or is it to low

If you have 4GB and 64 bit OS, yes, you'll be able to play

The CPU is a bit weak, and the GPU is the minimum listed, so it probably won't run too well. There will be a demo available when the game is out, so you can try it and see how it runs.

You have ETS 2, so I'd imagine that ATS will run at the same quality as you're currently getting.

yes ets2 runs fine

it will run it because min on ets2 is same as ats so it will work

yes if 32bit it will crash a bit but put your grafics on low and it will work smofer
