Removing World of Trucks from game

Ok so I have lost access to my World of Trucks. I cannot figure out how to remove it, and cannot create a new account because its associated with Steam.... I have emailed World of Trucks, and American Truck Sim as well with zero response. Does anyone know how to unconnect them?

On Launchpad when you launch the game go to Manage Profiles.

Open said profile and remove World of Trucks login information.

I did this and when I try to create a new one it says "Already Connected to another account" from World of Trucks to Steam.

Any chance your login information is stored/saved in your internet browser?

That's where I always look first when I can't recall login information.

unfortunately not. I have tried to reset password through World of Trucks without any emails coming to me. I emailed World of Trucks and STS both indiviudally asking for help with all of my log in stuff to verify who I am. I cannot get a reply and nothing I do works for World of Trucks to get connected again.

idk when you contacted them, but from personal experience and things I've read it can take a while for them (wot) to reply.

I appreciate that it was months ago and never got anything back. The fact the reset password link doesnt even work there for me enough to make ya get a little mad. Thanks for the help though. I was hopeful there was a easy way to accomplish this.

What i mentioned will remove World of Trucks from the profile. It does not allow you to create a new account.

If you're hanging on the World of Trucks login screen when going into the profile this will at least allow you to continue into your profile without that information present.

What's going on with World of Trucks anyway? Don't remember password? Do you still know account name or email address?

Did you use the [e-mail] email address to contact them?

Yes I forgot the password or the account was hacked. I have used the reset password link multiple times and it never sent a email even though it said it was sent. I have emailed both World of Trucks through the contact us email they have, I have emailed American Truck Sim through the email they provide as well. All asking for help with all available information to include a link to my Steam Profile. This has been a process of months at this time and neither have responded, and I turned here in a last ditch effort hoping to find a way to disconnect the two so I could create a new account.
