I think the other person who replied, may have over-simplified what they read in your post ..
You absolutely can "upload a custom logo/skin" .. To do so though, you must first create the custom Skin that includes your LOGO, and package it in to a Mod.
Your custom LOGO/skin can be either a logo on a paintable skin, or a fully custom paintjob with your logo included .. there are quite a few good tutorials on YouTube on how to create trailer skins using free paint-programs, and then more good tutorials on how to create and package the mods, so you can upload them and share them on the Steam Library, or install them locally for only your use.
You need a separate skin for each different truck model.
ie. A KW900 skin won't 'fit' a Peterbilt 389 truck.
