Turbine Blades

Has anyone hauled the turbine blades and if so where do you find them.
Not having any luck finding them.

It's random and since this is an external contract, other players see it too and could take it before you can.

It is not. That cargo is a special transport so not available via WoT.
The cargo is, from what I see, available on routes from CO to KS. And if I understood it correctly it is from Pueblo (might be wrong about that one though):

If you don't own the Colorado DLC then the only chance you have of finding that cargo is from Truckee, CA where it is one of six possible cargoes on the route to Oakland and thus will only show up roughly one third of the time (which can take a while because of the long expiry times for Special Transport jobs).

If you do own Colorado then head to the Vitas Power plant just S of Pueblo (not the wind farm site much further S) where you will definitely find jobs with the Wind Turbine Blade cargo because there are four routes and each of them only has two cargoes.
