Which of these options works best for 4K@120 with minimal blur?

Taa+smaa at default settings (Luma sharpness 1.0)? At least looks ok.

I tried "always sharp" and my eyes almost started bleed...damn unrealistic sharp.

I hate blur but seems this game actually needs it a bit...which is rare for a game.

How can anyone evaluate what settings you want, when we can't see your monitor, don't know what the GFX card is, or anticipate what your personal likes/dislikes are?

Only you can set it to whatever suits you the best, all the advice in the world isn't going to help you.

I can only tell you what i have set it (in ETS2 for now, but will for sure just copy the settings)

SMAA + TAA soft, luma 1.20 (i really have no idea what exactly gets affected by the luma stuff, so i might experiment with it a bit).

BTW: The explanation in the options also recommends to use soft with High res, and sharp with resolutions up to 1080p
