Hey. I am not sure if anyone else has seen any garbage when it comes to trying to download a mod that was created by soap98. When my brother tried to download it, he got directed to another site that he felt uncomfortable with. I am not sure if soap98 is stealing mods from others or what.

Contact the mod author for support on the mod. If you suspect soap98 stealing mods, try to find the correct author.

yeah Soap98 uses some fishy modhosting pages but if you know how to handle them they're usually fine. when you click the download button a weird s*xual tab opens up but you can just close it and click the download button again and that will start the download. I just hope he'll update his volvos again soon

So based of a feeling you assume something is bad, or did something actually happen, did your brother click on the right link, does your brother use an add blocker....?

All mods posted on the sites where Soap98 posts them are hosted on fishy websited.

Also, though most mods on those websites are stolen, that is not in relation to where you download them from.

idk about soap98 mods, but SCS doesn't like what he does, which is mostly porting from ATS to ETS2 and/or vv.

Nothing wrong with soap98 mods or the hosting, assuming you are in the right place to begin with - you want modland (dot) net. The links from there are safe.
