Only those count, check you only went to or from them, nowhere else. If you are using map mods or real company name mods or any other cargo mods, the achievement may not work with them.
The achievements are only intended for mod-free, vanilla profiles, make a new one to do it if necessary.

Why won't it show in my Achievments?
Achievments =4/6 I've logged all 6 loads =6/6
Our real company mod does not affect this achievement. AFAIK it doesn't affect any, as it doesn't change the file-names. For the game all file-paths are unchanged and exactly as SCS made them. We only change the way they appear. I wonder why you would think a real company affects this.

and Darwing is Boeing . Because Darwing and Boeing in everitt WA. are the same place.
I know that from when I first started to play this game. the Real company signs changed Darwing to Boeing
As I can only speak for our mod I only mentioned that one. But I know the others are build the same way. This type of mod doesn't affect it. Mentioning them directs users in the wrong direction to find the issue, that why I ask what made him thinks it does.
It has been well documented that "real company" mods can cause a plethora of game-breaking problems .. Your Mod may not, and that is great. It is good for the community that you have the ability to make such a mod that does not break the game. There are others however, that do not take the time and effort to build good mods, and they do, in fact, break the game. The key word in Mojo's post was "may", as in, "possible", and a very easy thing to troubleshoot, by simply disabling the Mod and testing. I can only assume it was even brought up, because in the trouble-shooting path, it is the most direct, easiest to implement attempt at a solution.
I think the three depots are:
* Skyharbor (Wichita international airport)
* Global Sky (Spirit Aerosystems)
* Darwing (Boeing)
