Thank you both, have fun <3
I don't know a lot of about graphics settings, but if I have a Nvidia 3070, should i be using DLSS or DLAA? I feel like DLAA is working better, but I have some ghosting when I look around. (I use track IR). DLSS has the less ghosting option. Should i be using that?
Thanks again!
DLAA is better for you, DLSS is for upscaling lower resolution. I released v9 version but its not available on website yet and it doesn't have DLSS/DLAA etc features. I will add to website when its stable and everything added
I don't believe the gt/gtx 1050 is capable of running DLSS nor DLAA. It may run the temporal AA, as thats not tensor specific.
Documents/American Truck Simulator/config.cfg file.
uset g_lod_factor_parked "5"
uset g_lod_factor_traffic "5"
Set these values to your choice, no higher than 10. I have mine set as above.
LOD ≠ Draw Distance
If vehicles and other things seem to be suddenly appearing at close range, then you may have an issue with a lack of buffer space; memory used to pre-load assets to be ready for rendering.
Thanks, I'll see if this fixes the train lod issue !
