My drivers not working for me!

My driver is not working. Here the information: Rating: 0,8.
Status: On the road!
She is on the road since a week ingametime......so what can I do??

Just give it time... your driver will start doing something. Just keep doing your own thing in the meantime.

i had problems with one of my drivers also... i have 4 drivers, all doing fine, exept for one! he has a truck to drive, and all of a sudden i got a mail from him saying hes already idle for 3 days due the lack of a truck...??? like WTF... so i drive HIS truck for a minute, change back to my own truck and its fixed... dont wanne think about the money i missed out on those 3 days :(

I would have, but he already leveled up some point... So he was doing his job before...

I think it´s buggy like hell. One of my driver has done his first job very good and fast and now.....he´s chilling all the time xD

It takes some time between the jobs for him to get the next one...
But keep an eye one those lazy drivers :D

swap into his truck from your's to his and back again should fix it

I like to make mine work while I Free Roam in my Raptor. I'd like to play without drivers but this doesn't seem like a small business sim. I don't even want my own truck, just be a permanent hire out.
