This right here. You have to buy them trucks and then assign them to those trucks. After that they will start finding jobs all by themselves..

How do you assign them a truck? I'm just about ready to buy another truck, and then will be hiring a worker.

when you buy a truck it will ask if you want to drive it. Say no, then it will ask you what garage you want to put it in, select the garage then click on one of the open truck slots in that garage and assign the driver to that driver slot for that truck..

You have to buy a new garage first, or upgrade your current garage if you haven't done either yet. It's best to buy a new garage in another city first. It costs $180,000 to buy a new 3 slot garage or the same $180,000 to upgrade your original garage by 2 slots..

Make sure you have room in your garage to put another truck in, buy a truck, assign it to a free slot in your garage, go to recruitment, hire a driver, assign him or her to the truck you just placed in ur garage. Done... Was it that hard? 😕
Pro tip: upgrading your first garage will add 2 extra spots for trucks for 180.000, because 1 spot is used by urself... if u buy a new garage you will get 3 extra slots for drivers for the same 180.000.

Not every city, just the bigger onces... Look for the garage icon on ur map!

Also smart to buy one far away from the other one you have so you can fast travel to different parts quick if needed...

You do not need to assign your drivers a job. You just need to give them a truck. To do this, go into the driver manager, and see which garage/garage slot your driver is in. Then go to the truck manager, and move your second truck into the same slot in the same garage, and then your driver will use that truck, and find jobs to take. This does require owning a second truck, or at least expanding/buying another garage.
