It looks like a brake light, your air brakes are probably low,

I've never seen that light. But if it is the air brake warning light, that would make sense. And no, it doesn't mean repair.

If you use Air Brake Simulation, as you use the brakes it bleeds pressure. If you bleed off too much pressure by braking too much a warning light should pop up. If you do it too much, your brakes will lock up completely until the compressor has run long enough to repressurize the system.. It's not a repair issue. It's a don't use your brakes like you do in a car situation, or deselect air brake simulation.

Looking at the gauges, the air brakes are in the red. So I'd also go with air warning light.

just put in neutral an rev up your engine within a few seconds you can go an your brakes are working properly

Yep, definitely air brakes low (pressure) allow it to build up while idling. (Yes I know you already got your answer, just elaborating) The engine repair light will come on if you are in need of engine repairs. It is a yellowish/orange light that will kick on on the right.
