I turned the air brake simulation off since my 579 IRL doesn't lose pressure like it does in the game. It became very annoying.
in ETS2 and ATS you can have sip of your coffee xD

You have 'realistic air brake' system enabled.
You won't lose air pressure overnight unless your truck is damaged. The higher the damage level on your truck, the faster you lose air pressure. At low damage levels (below 10%) you shouldn't be having any problem with air pressure overnight.
Where is it?!
Dash mounted gauge, so it depends on the truck... just pump your service brakes while watching the dashboard, you'll soon locate the air pressure gauge :).
I use the real auto gearbox option. Neutral, revs, ???, profit.
