Ive never been a fan of the wheels.
I played (still play) Farming Simulator 2015 with only a Keyboard and a mouse. Never felt the need to grab a wheel for that game so rest assured, you won't be judged if you take pleasure with a controller for this game.
That was my reason for getting a G27...I've always wanted to try to get my head around a Roadranger ♥♥♥♥♥♥, and for now, this is probably the closest I'm going to get to one.
Whereas I play ETS2 (and soon ATS) with an Xbox360 controller, and only take my hands off the controller to press E for engine start/stop, and T for trailer.
Lol. This is why I use an Xbox 360 controller as well.
If I buy a wheel, I would need to buy Track IR (or an equivalent) as well.
That would be expensive considering the game controls absolutely fine with a controller.
It depends what you want to get out of the game in terms of realism, but the game is definitely 100% viable with a controller.
I see tried drivers at github but still no go.
How can I do this?
