Where are the female drivers to hire???

im unlocking the recruitment agencies and i just have male drivers... i like to see beuty womans in my staff...
And from what I know there are more women truckers in US than in EU. (Please correct me if im wrong)

i have 9 drivers, all female... the driver market changes frequently, check from time to time...

or do like i did...hire drivers you dont want, fire them, check agency... still no hottie? repeat ^^

There plenty of them, then you unlock the loaction for hired drivers. I have atm. 10 female and 10 men.

i have all agencies and i have 58 females and 1 male but i would look for a female if there was a female in the list then i would hire her and then go to then next truck of mine and do the same for all my trucks until i had hire a driver for all my trucks then i would go through the list and fire all the men so i could do this again and again until i did this 6 times and no females were on the list so at this point i think there are at the most 58 females for hire in ATS

Sadly the game (Both ATS and ETS2) is very skewed towards male drivers. There are a total of 252 drivers in game. Of those only 66 are female.

4 out 5 of my drivers are females
I mostly get fem drivers for some odd reason...
