Where should I buy my 2nd garage?
Those of you that did not choose LA as their first choice or you did but you have a 2nd garage somewhere else that's profitable.....where is your garage...should I do ELKO which gives me access to all the OIL and CAR hauls froms ELKO and WINNEMUCA or should I go somewhere else...

God I wish these AI drivers made a little more money....I am pulling 25 to 30k per load and they are giving me $700 to $2000 for my top driver...per load...

It doesn't matter where you put your garages. Put them where you want!

I hear garages have fuel pumps you get free diesel from; is this true?

Different Cities can have different types of freight and since your driver always returns to home base I think it is best to pick a place that seems to have a lot of outgoing as well as incoming deliveries.

Elko might be a good choice. There always seem to be deliveries to and from there. You can usually get cars if your driver have Fragile (or are they high value) and I think you can get ADR loads there as well.

In ETS2 fully upgraded garages had their own gas station on the premises. Gas wasn't free though, just cheaper.

Fully upgraded garages do have a fuel pump but it is not free, you get a discount price but still have to pay for your fuel.

You know i had 25 5 truck garages or something like that and only a few times did I refuel there. I don't think it's even necessary to have a pump at your garage. I would have preferred a paint shop or something bling would have been better. A better graphic for your home garage would be cool as well but oh well, scs do what they do.

Elko as start city and San diego after. Then you close to all long distance jobs, both north and south.

I did this as well except my first garage was San Diego and second was Elko. There was no rhyme or reason for picking San Diego aside from being a 'Top Gun' fanboy.

Reno is pretty sweet spot.

Reno is bad because there are only 3 businesses and 2 of those are the same. Worst garage currently in the game.

I guess you teleport around to the garages to snatch long distance jobs?

For those that don't the best garages would be LA and Fresno due to the amount of companies there. Will help the hired drivers afaik.

Reno is terrible for me, so I moved to Fresno but it's not much better. It's like the game has some randomness to it. In Fresno even my level 4-5 drivers barely pull in $2k per day. While in Bakersfield a freind's garage is making $20k a day at lower productivity.

I really thinkthere's random jobs for every city, so not everyone will get the same results. Except Reno, stay the hell away from Reno.

What I do is have 1-2 in the middle of the map and a few near the edges, then if you even need to travel any where you might have a garage close to where you need to get.

Bakersfield and Elko are great due to the cars and rail export.
