When you consider the cost of other forms of entertainment and what you get out of it, £15 is relatively cheap.
Cinema tickets at around £7 for 2 hours of entertainment.
Football match at £27 for hopefully 90 minutes of entertainment (Nottingham Forest ;) )
Night out on the town £40+ nothing to show for it but an hangover.
ATS for £15 for, well for as long as you want to play it and with such a great modding community that could be forever.

The actual game also has Nevada and at some point will be getting Arizona for free.
I already have close to 30 hours into the game so for the $20 I paid it has given me great value.
