Do miles affect trucks?
Question for those veteran truck simulator players. Do too many miles on a truck eventually make it break down like all vehicles in real life?

You do need to maintain your truck, or you will eventually have problems. But as long as I hit the service bay from time to time, I've never noticed any degradation of high-mileage trucks in ETS2, and I'm sure ATS is no different.

Your truck slowly gains damage over time to simulate wear and tear, but it's not permanent.

Ok cool thanks for the info. Gonna be kind of weird if I eventually have a truck with more then 200,000 miles on it, when I easily cringe at the though of buying a car with more then 100,000 miles in real life

In real life, well-maintained trucks can last over 1,000,000 miles

In ETS2 I would repair my truck after every delivery. Repair costs were normally just tires and lubrication.

No mileage has no affect on your truck.
