Pimp My Truck Achievement.

Buying the yellow with flames paint job did not unlock this achievement. It did unlock when I chose "Custom Metallic Color".

odd... mine didnt unlock with custom metallic paint, but it did with one of the styled paintjobs...

i have the same problem. i purchased 3 paintjobs and the achievement is still locked for me. (i tried selecting a custom color, a paint skin and a metallic paint)

great sums of cash chasing the perfect paint job just to get some achievement.

The achievement unlocks when you apply a custom paint job (regular or metallic) after purchasing the truck. I applied a custom paint job at the time I bought my truck, and the acheivement didn't unlock.

Well I consider repainting a stock white truck with the yellow with flames paint job a custom paint job, however, it didn't pop the achievement only wasted 5K.

nothing for me either, I've bought several trucks applied 20+ paint schemes and still no achievement

You have to change the color scheme of those available paint jobs in order for it to be considered custom.

I have done this it still does not unloack the achievement

You can not apply the custom paint while purchasing the truck. You have to do it from a Repair Shop after you own it.

I have done just this more than a few times with several trucks. After purchasing, at a repair shop, custom paint scheme, change the colors -- no unlock. Beyond caring at this point.

Well, that sucks. Has worked for most folks in this game and ETS2 like a charm...

Are you running modded trucks, perhaps? Some of the achievements only register when using vanilla trucks.

Greetings to all :) It's the Divided paint job and costs 14,250 € or 19,000 $ ... This one worked for me, after trying many other paint jobs... Was a pain and i selected all the 4 colours self in it. Not sure if it works with less. BTW i got all Achievments done. :) Poke me if you need any help with them.

And the Custom paint and Custom Metallic paint did not unlock it for me even i selected the colours self.
