Can't activate money mod

I downloaded a money mod to fund a practice profile, but every time I create a new profile and activate the mod, the game sends me on the new job with an account of $1,500 or whatever the default is. I also downloaded some truck mods but I don't know if they work because I don't have enough money to access the truck store. Help!!

If you don't want to work for money what you can do is get Cheat Engine.

Mods are activated on each profile separately. It allows you to have several different profiles running different mods. To answer your question, you create the profile(s) first, then activiate the mods you want to use on that profile.

For example, on ETS2, ProMods and TSM did not work toether. I had separate profiles for each mod even though I had both mods in the folder.

I have been creating a new profile and then activating the money mod. Then I start a new game in that profile and it still starts off sending me on my first job with whatever is the default amount of money in the bank. ($1,500 or whatever) Do I have to go to the bank, or complete a certain amount of trips, or reach a certain level, to claim my 20 million?

I tried to download cheatengine but Norton blocked it and I'm nervous about disabling Norton to download the file.

Cheat engine like was said above is the best way!

Norton only blocked it because it will alter game files there fore its a hack tool but safe and not a virus.

I've had cheat engine on my system for a very long time not a virus at all.

and Norton always find something ,that is not there... i call it Mr.Blocker.

It confuses the hell out of me why people want to cheat. surely working your way up and getting each unlock is a massive part of the game no?

The only time I cheated was for an MP profile so I could careless if I get rammed because I have the money to repair my truck.

I appreciate all the help, but I was looking at the cheat engine web site and the info was way over my head. I am a complete computer dunce and at the age of 69 I don't think I have enough time left to learn the stuff in that website!! I just want to know how to activate the money mod that I downloaded. I see lots of u tube videos that show folks driving their trucks and they all have millions in their accounts. If anyone knows how to activate this one mod I would very greatful if they could share their knowledge.

General speaking Cengine should not be named so much... it is atleast in grey zone unless it's forbidden as it goes over to "how to cheat money"

cheat engine is not the problem, its the installer, just deactivate norton through the installation, and dont forget to deselect all the crap stuff thats coming up, then after installation delete the downloaded file and activate norton again and your good to go...

Nothing to learn, I have no clue how to use it xD. Just follow the video I linked in this post and that will show you exactlly what to do. You just need to have ATS running in the background on the profile you wish to edit.
