Radio Livestreaming Setup Needs To Be Changed! I WANT TO LISTEN TO iHeartradio STATIONS!!!

I am sorry but the fact that you cannot get any real world US radio stations from sites like iHeartRadio and TuneIn is just sad. One my favorite local radio stations in St. Louis, 97.1 FM NewsTalk does not have an direct ip address to copy over nor does it have an mp3 sourse. Not only that but two other stations KSHE 95 (actual dial is 94.7 FM) and 103.3 KLOU also do not have direct ip addresses or mp3 sourses. There is no point in actaully in driving around unless you have (in my opinion) commercial radio. And to not be able to stream local radio stations and only having the crappy in-game stations is just sad. My last resort if this isn't fix is to add my favorite show's podcast, and I don't want to do that.

Here's a thought, get a car stereo and connect it to some speakers and a convertor, built a dash and put the radio in there,...

That sounds like an excellent idea. I think it would be cool if there was some sort of software tuner for people who are just looking to play the game and not have a giant sim rig.

That what you most likely are searching for is called a Media Player in which you could use playlist, add the Radio stations in it (if they provide external playlist) and could switch between the entries with a key on your keyboard.

You have a point but I mean't like in the game. Also I forgot to mention that I think the way that the song titles pop up should be changed as well considering they pop up in your face, and should be moved to the corner in my opinion or have the option to position it somewhere else with a more modern design. More of a pet peeve than anything.

I just alt tab and put on iheartradio or do it in the Steam overlay. Luckily I made a few decent playlists for long drives irl. Sometimes you get to areas where radio stations have nothing you like when you are passing through.

do you know if there is a way to make steam remember your tabs in the overlay by chance?
