Camera angle keeps going up?
Hello,

Been playing the game and noticed the camera angle keeps rising up or rising up to the right... I've turned off the physic camera angle thing and still keeps doing it. It did stop for a few minutes but now keeps happening and unsure how to fix this!

make sure you don't have a controller or joystick that is not centered. That is almost always what causes this.

I am using the Xbox one controller and I've pressed centered on ALL the stuff because it's the only thing that made it work it seemed. What should I change it too then?

When it was not centered, when pressing the trigger to accelerate it did not work, only the reverse worked, but everything else did but accelerate forward did not work!

Just annoying.

You may have "stick drift", a fairly common problem on X1 controllers:

Never ever had a problem at all in any game when using a controller. This is the first game I've ever had a problem with!

Yeah deadzone settings is a good call, I had this issue and it can depend on the game. For example GTA 5 would do it but Minecraft was fine then it decided to fix itself.

This is the first time in any game I've had this problem on PC. I am wondering if I should try my Xbox 360 instead and let my wife use the Xbox One controller... Which sucks!

I have the same issue with my 360 controller (on several games, not just this). Go into the Controls menu and increase the Deadzone for your Horizontal View and Vertical View axes. About 25% is what works for me.

Controls menu on the game? I do not see deadzone anywhere!

Well I never had a problem either, until I did.Like I said it's a fairly common problem, there are loads of fixes on youtube but wether they work for you is another matter.I am not saying it is the problem as you need to try it yourself to know but sounds like it.
