Do as I did. Install a modded profile. Now I got 360 million dollars and 44 trucks lol and can do nothing but trucking! I did not buy this game to play "Start a company simulator"
Drive the speed limit and don't crash. I do not have a problem at all. I took out 130,000 loan to get my first truck then another 400,000 loan to upgrade my gaarge and buy a 2nd truck to hire a driver.
I have paid back the small 10k loans and working on the 400,000 and 100,000 loans, my daily payment is about 7600 and I have no problem making money.
I very rarely get tickets anymore. Cruise control and smart driving are your friends. going 5 mph over the limit is not worth it in a game with compressed scale and time. Speeding might save you a few minutes on a long trip but it is not enough to chance the fines.
STOP GETTING FINES!
The loan amount should be random and so should the interest rate, makes replaying the game more challenging or easier, depending on that. Loans are never a set price and set interest rates, there is always room to haggle...
Wow, I have had only 5 problems with deliveries, two of which where crashes (well I hit something once and a car hit me once). I got a speeding ticket once (cause there are no signs in some places there is supposed to be). But have had a few good deliveries where nothing really went wrong.

Take a look at the map where your route is leading you, plan accordingly and you will be fine.
