Rest Areas and gas stations
thats been my biggest complaint is the small gas stations you cant get in them safely especially with a 53 ft trailer without getting stuck and they didnt even put in truck stops with fuel bays and parking rest areas for truckers

You do know you can disconnect your trailer somewhere, get gas, and go back and get your trailer, don't you? Easiest way to deal with a big trailer.

Yeah gas stations are a no go, there are too many problems to list. They need to look at the size of Iowa 80. http://mapq.st/1QnArUi http://iowa80truckstop.com/

There is some big rest areas as well, http://mapq.st/1SyxTWe

Just to show one, I can find lots of other different layouts.

The links will take you to mapquest. Look at the maps with the "Satellite" option on the right side.

Funny thing about the interstate system is that there are small "villages" that rely off of work and tourisim. Had a good dinner at one. Hotels love it.

obviously these guys are from europe because they did euro truck 2 right on roads trucks sounds licenses ect even the parking areas are nice for fuel and rest but looks to me like they didnt research united states they just threw the game out there half asses in a rush to make money off us suckers instead of just finishing the whole game and doing it right the first time

I know there will be mods where someone makes a truck stop and other stuff. YOu can give them credit for making the weigh stations as "Truck Stops"

btw anorther issue i have noticed is the trucks in American truck simulator use more fuel quicker then in Euro truck 2 have you noticed that to ?
WissX Feb 5, 2016 @ 6:10pm
Yea
WissX Feb 5, 2016 @ 6:12pm
I think it is due to americans using a lot of fuel and the trips are "Longer"
David Feb 5, 2016 @ 6:14pm
yea i noticed that some of the roads are very long stretches without fuel stations so you almost end up on empty
