Of course there's a lot of things I'd LIKE to see in this game, and lots of others too, which I think are good ideas, but it all comes down to whether or not it really adds to the game experience. Would those ideas be fun and add to the realism, or would they become tedious and annoying? I'm divided on the idea of a "hunger simulation" because the fatigue simulation that the game already has can be a big pain, although I do still leave it on because it's more realistic. I dunno though... adding the need to stop for food might push it over the edge into the "tedious and annoying" category. I would probably be okay with it if it was an option you could turn off.
