I would suggest you try and limit how much you loan at the start of the game. Stick with the 130k to start with and pay that off as quickly as possible. Once thats paid off take out another loan and buy a bare bones truck for a employee and rinse and repeat.

I know this doesn't really help you with your current issue, sorry about that.

give your truck to a hired driver and drive quick jobs until your finances heal,
If you cannot hire then get the 2nd loan, upgrade your garage, buy new truck, give all trucks to employees and drive quick jobs
With that huge loan you should of bought another truck and hired a driver that would help a lot with daily payments.

Yeah, that would have been good to know in the beginning now that I know how the game works.
Someone suggested on a forum to get the biggest loan you can to start different garages, stupid of me did it on a whim without thinking, it wasn't even enough to cover operations. and now I'm in this pit. Oh well, I guess I'll get out of it one day. At least I'm leveling up on the way there.

I'm very close to 100k and I didn't took a loan, I'm waiting for them to add the other trucks before I buy one, so far I'm only taking jobs and I like it, pay is also getting better each level :P

I did, but then I sold off that truck to pay off a bit of the loan. Got it down from 10k daily to 5k.

Relocated, and now I only have a truck and myself, no one else lol. I guess I could buy another truck, but then that would raise the 5k payments. idk, should I?

Make sure you are sorting your jobs for the hight pay per mile, not by highest pay.

And if you are driving your own truck, make sure you are taking a job from where you ended up last, not driving empty to another town for what seems a better job.

Ah, thanks for the pay per mile tip.
Should I take the job even though the pay isn't the highest?

Try this method. Borrow up to $400000 but without using the $400000 loan itself (ie 4 x $100000 etc).

Before 12pm the next day, borrow $100000 and pay back the top loan. Do this 4 times in the example above.

This pays out your existing loans for no penalty and resets the intrest payment to the next day. All you need to do then is repeat it each day before 12pm and you will never pay intrest on any of the loans.

All you have to do then is slowly pay down each of the $100000 loans. Break one down into 1 x $50000 and 5 x $10000 and pay off the $10000 loans as you get the cash. You need to follow the same example above and repay each loan taken out just before 12pm the following day.

Some will complain it is cheating but it's not real money and works within the game. Same as in ETS2.

yes. Even though it doesn't appear to be the most money, it is. You are making more money per same time period. So even though it appears to be less, you will be done quicker and can move on to the next job that much faster.

Oh, thanks for this, I will try this as well when I can. Max money I can borrow right now is 230k.

Try turning off fatigue in the options so you can work without rest till the loans payed down or you are making more than enough to cover it.

No worries, works for smaller amounts, you just need to remember to leave emough that you can borrow to take out a loan to cover the largest loan the next day.

If you can borrow $230K, does that mean you still have $270K in outstanding loans?

If so, you should be able to start when you get to a $250K/$250K situation. Borrow 2 x $100K and 5 x $10K to pay out the $250K and you can go from there.

Exactly what margalus suggested. It gives you the highest amount of cash per mile driven, so you can take a couple of short deliveries and will be paid more at the end of the day than if you took one long delivery.
