What is this light on my dash?

I have a red light on below my RPM guage and I have no idea what it is. It's seriously slowing my truck down so I think its a type of brake but I can't figure out which one. Thanks

Thats the Retarder, The increase and decrease buttons are ; and ' respectively, you must have accidently increased it, limiting the engine

Can't tell from the picture, but my guess is either parking brake or retarder. Check your keybindings for how to turn it off.

I've had the retarder come on seemingly at random, too. I don't even have retarder controls bound to my controller! Doesn't seem to matter if I have "automatic retarder" checked or not either.

I have my retarder keys unassigned from everything and that seemed to fix the random retarder moments for me, give it a shot.

Also only applies if you have a transmission with a retarder, if you have random retarder moments or such, just get a transmission w/o one

By using the intelligent cruise control ... when you turn off the cruise control and the retarder is on then the retarder don't turn off - it's a bug - it ETS2 works this combination perfect.
