Like a boss achievement help
Where would be the best place to do this achievement at? I tried it at the gas station in LA and it was extremely difficult because you were right near the road and therefore had the danger of oncoming traffic. Any good cities to get this achievement in?

Just make that you can allways pick, youll encounter a suitable location soon enough =). If reversing is the main problem for you; there are jobs with pretty small trailers, when driving one of those, it should be a lot easier. Just drive slowly and check what the truck is doing. =)
Due to (probabaly) a bug, I am completely unable to complete it =(.
Spend 10 minutes reversing the trailer to see how it reacts and how you need to steer to direct it.

Got this achievement from my first job on ATS.
Just have your deliveries always on "choose dificulty" and...well... try to park the trailer.

I have "choose" as well, but I only get the options to skip, 20xp or 40xp. I heard the hard one is 90xp?
Top option is hardest, then easy, then skip.

I pick the top one all the time, but no achievement for me just yet...

Gas station ones are easiest because you can use the road. You just have to be careful.

This should also help you to understand reversing:

Next part is about how to park a trailer but he hasn't uploaded it ye.

The hard option is sometimes 40xp and sometimes 90xp. I don't know why it changes, maybe the hard option is not always really hard

I think you will get less xp from the hard ones after you level up and how many hard parkings you have achieved.

Some of the hard parking ones look way more trouble than is worth it.
But then some of them look not much harder than the normal ones. Just a bit more of a drive around the depot maybe.

As an ex truck driver the reversing doesn't bother me. But in game what I tend to do is swing the #2 camera around, so I am looking back down the truck. From outside.
What this achieves is that whichever direction you poke the controller/keyboard in, is the direction that the trailer will move in.

If you're a car driver it's like how you were possibly taught to reverse by moving the steering wheel in the direction you want the back of the car to move to.
With a truck and trailer attached, the truck itself would actually move like this. But because you're 'pushing' the box/trailer, it acts in the opposite direction.
BUT.. Turn the camera around and you're back to it moving whichever way you move the direction on your controller/keyboard.

For arguments sake that it's you having leveled up or something, just start a new profile, and park the trailer in the hard spot for that very first job it auto gives you at the beginning.

I got the parking achievement from that one myself. And the 'Like A Boss' one from the 2nd job personally. But just a suggestion.
