Locked out of World of Trucks

I had to install a new ssd and when I reloaded ATS, I had the right passwords but World of trucks would not recognize it. It has locked me out so I cannot do the forgotten password now. I don't understand why they cant just use the Steam password and have it work. So now I can only play offline.
