Beacon lights flashing above beacons
I've found posts from 2017 but I don't have any mods installed so they don't apply to me. When in an exterior view they are vine but in the cab they are way above the actual beacons

This is a bug on certain trucks and cab configurations (W900 comes to mind). It would be great if you can report this on the official (url=https://forum.scssoft.com/viewforum.php?f=313]bug reporting forum[/url] following the complete bug reporting process[forum.scssoft.com] if the specific truck you've configured already reported. If you can add more details to an existing report that would also be useful.

I don't think this is a bug, since you are not supposed to be able to see the exterior, when using the interior camera .. the way the Lights and trucks are modeled, they have to be above the roof a good distance when in interior view, or they would be flashing inside the cab. The light-sources are spheres, not disks or hemi-spheres.

Because this is also visible in your exterior mirror, you may consider not using a cabin deflector.

This is also a known bug. Been happening since version 1.46.

Does SCS confirm it is a Bug, or is it just something that has been reported as a Bug since 1.46?
If people have been reporting it for a year, and SCS does not confirm it is a bug they are looking at, or on the list of "to do" then .. well .. it isn't a bug.

"Thanks for your report. QA id: 206311"

This tells me NOTHING except that the Bug Report was accepted .. it is not Confirmation that it IS a Bug that is being "corrected". :steamfacepalm:

Anything with a QA ID is a confirmed bug by SCS.

It does not mean it has been fixed yet because it is still being reported.
EDIT: Sorry was thinking of something else. But here is an excellent screenshot of the issue. The light is almost 4 feet above the lamp.

I've found it when I use just my truck and companies trailer. I have the W900 never any problems if I use my trailers.
