The physical camera movement is what makes your driver (head view) shake left/right and bump up/down a bit when driving uneven surfaces. Kinda like how your head would be rocking when you drive off-road in your own car.

The horizon locking is the value that determines how strongly your camera attempts to stay in a horizontal view when going uphill or downhill. On one end of the slider, the camera will always follow where the nose of your vehicle is pointing at (e.g. parallell to the road surface), where the other end of the slider will make your camera always be strictly focused on the horizon (e.g. no vertical incline on an uphill/downhill).

My personal preferrence is having physical movement at 100%-125%, while driving a 50% suspension setup for truck and 50% for trailer. Also I'm keeping horizontal locking around 50%-60% to have a relatively good feeling about how steep an uphill/downhill would be without having excessively rigid camera angles.

Play around a bit with both and see what works best for you.

Also, forgot to mention, I'm using a 125% on the 'bumps' from uneven surfaces for a little extra bumpy feel without bouncing all over the place. Hope it helps :)

Thank you. My settings were way off probably why it never looked right.

Quite welcome. Happy travels. Only thing you gotta keep an eye on with these settings is don't go too fast over dirt roads or gravel roads, or your front bumper may feel like digging into the ground. Other than that, should be pretty smooth.
