Check the crash.log if you ran out of RAM at the moment of the crash.
If definitely doesn't help you have tons of heavily outdated mods. Like over two years out of date.

Bad news. You still have tons of outdated mods to sort out.
If they have corrupted the profile in a way that the game crashes without the mod being present, then yes.

Only a couple more entries in your log after that was loaded and my vanilla game does not have that plugin. So it must from an outdated mod.
