More than likely this will never happen. In order for SCS to even think about modeling this type of damage they would need to go ahead from every single truck manufacturer for both games. Even then that is not a promise it would even be modeled.
Dirt accumulation though is not part of that. With all the new model truck washes in the game since Montana(Chrome Spa) we may see this in the game engine update that is coming in version 1.50.
