Trying to do winter deliveries but the navigation doesn't show!!!

I downloaded the update to ATS (ETS2 is still updating) and I thought I'd try some of the Christmas deliveries. I managed to drive to a place and collect the Christmas trailer but when I attached it, the navigation directions don't show.

It said something about setting the navigation destination but when I looked for the destination on the map, I couldn't find it at all.

Am I missing something or am I doing something wrong?

I've played this game for years and never had the issue before.

Any help will be very gratefully received :D

Sometime it doesn't show because you are still inside the depot. Try driving towards the exit of the depot, or try pressing what ever your key bid is for zooming in and out of your navigator, ie my is the "+" on my keypad. If you zoom out and the red line is there then is working, if not then it something else.

Thank you for your help and suggestion. I sussed what it was. I noticed when zooming on the map near where my truck was, it showed a snowflake, so when I drove to it, it then transported me into the snowy mountains. OMG it looks amazing and drives like proper icy roads (I caused 1% damage as it slid into the side of a wall in a tunnel ... oops).

When you are on the map you might find somewhere a white whirl. I did 2 tours and they where on truck stops or bigger weight stations. You have to drive there and stop in the marked area. From there you can activate teleportation to the extra created "Winterland".

When you select where you want to collect the trailer from, you drive and collect the trailer then when you go onto the map, it shows 2 x Snowflakes. Set the destination to near there and when you get there, you'll see an area with snowflakes falling down. Simply drive into it, turn the engine off and then press the button it shows on screen and you will be teleported to the snowy place :D

Solved my issue as well.
My ATS was not registered with World of Trucks. Fixed it and now everything works.

I remember having to register mine years ago. I totally forgot about that :)

Have any of you encountered a scenario where you've connected a trailer on a Winter land job but there are NO portals visible anywhere on the map?
