I think they should be enabled (if possible) before selling. Not sure though since I don't use truck or truck parts mods myself.
If too big for one paste, make multiples.
Log is located at Documents/American Truck Simulator for a default install. If pastebin is not available in your country please use http://rentry.co and post the link to it. The page works like pastebin.

Is your computer using OneDrive for the default Windows "documents" folder, even if you did not ask it to?
Windows will use OneDrive as the default documents location and ATS/ETS2 will not run correctly if it does so.
Stop using OneDrive:

The "home" directory for the game should be the documents folder on your C: drive.
Move the home directory to the normal location in the documents folder on your Windows system drive, usually C:\, and copy the ATS folder there.
Start a new, unmodded, vanilla profile
(you can have as many as you want) and test the game. there are so many mods causing errors and warnings, you will have to sell each individual mod and remove it from the game, then delete and unsubscribe from any mods that are out of date or incompatible.
This is going all to be impacted by the upcoming 1.49 update, when it arrives soon.
If you don't sort it out now, it will only get worse, as the 1.49 update will possibly make even mods that currently work crash the game.
Mods are unsupported by SCS, they are entirely your responsibility.
Mod authors do not always maintain mods and keep them up to date, any new game update has the potential to break every mod. Workshop mods and third-party mods have NO guarantee of working, either on their own or with other mods.
I do have a vanilla profile that seems to work fine - can I just delete this mod profile completely and then just unsubscribe from the things I don't use (and delete the non workshop ones from the mod folder)?
Guess that safety net doesn't work anymore with all the updates and newer mod support that came after it
