Better yet get a cheap Logitech game controller and use that.
I used to use Keyboard with mouse steering and with ATS I decided to try the controller. Once I mapped the buttons how I wanted the game became even more enjoyable.
With practice I could do it, but its not just that, its very uncomfortable using my left hand lol.Mouse steering is awkward, I'm worse with the mouse than I am with the KB.My trucks seem to want to pull to the right for some reason.
I wouold much prefer a wheel, which is what I got used to.But Logitech had alignment issues and my thrustmaster won't stay on, plus both were very big and I had no room for it.My small Genius Twin Vibrations Wheel causes the gmae to crash for some reason lol.
I had no issues in ETS 2 with the keyboard, I could go play that now and be fine. For some reason it seems more difficult in ATS lol.I ram into everyone.XD Which is why I avoid Multiplayer, I'd be booted haha
ps mouse steering is crap and tiresome
Thanks! I'll give it a try.I would love to have a wheel again but logitech and thrustmaster proved to be way too big and also had some hardware and power issues. My tiny original wheel causes the game to crash lol
