Nothing else you can do as far as i know. (expect not using a ultra wide resolution off course)
That has nothing to do with the curve of the monitor, but with the resolution/aspect ratio of it.
A 16:9 curved will display the picture the same way as a 16:9 non curved monitor (you will only notice the curve if you are not used to it).
If you use a ultra wide monitor (i think those are usually 21:9) with the proper resolution there will be some sort of distortion by default on games with a first person view, as the stuff you see to the left/right increases and therefore the standard fov might not be the best fit for that and might be changed (if possible)
Have 3x24" gaming monitors its pretty nice. Driving, flying space battles just have get over the line between but 3 border-less monitors running Surround in Nvidia, I would only upgrade my monitors if anything

i have 5120x1440, and am using the v2/v3 file in the above link
Edit the following line in that global config.cfg file,Docs>ATS>config.cfg to the following:
uset r_multimon_mode "4" <-- Tells the game to use the multimon_config.sii file we just installed.
It treats your single screen as 3 separate screens. There will be a slightly reduced fps
Settled on v3 FOV 60-11.5deg. Looks ok
