Recently I've been playing ATS with the map Coast to Coast.
The game crashes every time I zoom to maximum.
Have already tried with the fullscreen map for ATS.

Then you need a zoom crash fix mod as the game is crashing due to the amount of icons on the map (AFAIK).

I have ProMods Canada and Coast to Coast. All map DLCs from SCS as they are required by C2C. I do not have Reforma.

The important file I linked to is the one on googledrive somewhere. That is the Zoom Crash Fix but the author calls it something with huge combos.

Another theory: Have you checked the mod load order? Here is my goto-link for ATS: https://forum.scssoft.com/viewtopic.php?f=201&t=292914. Basically it says (from top to bottom)
